Brief
Our client, a Chelmsford surveyor, briefed FJ French to undertake full dilapidations for this office, after the property was vacated by the tenants. The project was 2 large floors of open plan offices, requiring varied works to be undertaken in order to bring the property back to its former state.

Solution
FJ French provided a full service and consultative approach to the client. An 8 week programme was delivered across the two floors of open place offices.

Works included:

• Stripping out the whole space
• Removing all partitions, ceiling tiles, carpet tiles
• Redecorating
• Toilet refurbishments
• Replacing glass in windows
• Full scaffolding front and rear
• External painting of all wood and windows
